Vultures can fly higher than any other bird kind, and very defensive against bacteria or germs, and have a very strong sense of smell and vision too. About myths, I meant the Herbie Vulture, which is also a kind of vulture that looks like a human/vulture fusion, which comes pretty handy at taijutsus.
About summoning technique, its a time of time/space technique that requires having a blood contract with the animal to summon it, chakra control and concentration is required to summon a large beast, such as Manda, and no, the summoning desire of coming or not does not count, it can reverse summon itself back if it doesn't want to stay, but that doesn't mean that its capable of stopping the summon because its not in the mood, Finally, in NB, the summoning contract owner can take away the summoning contract from anyone he teach whenever he wants to, but don't worry, I won't be taking away the contract from you without a good reason .

Description: The user wipes blood on his fan and charges it with a huge amount of chakra. Then he swings it and summons a huge vulture. This creature is the emperor of the Vulture Empire. It has 10 wings and its upper two wings each have three birdclaw "fingers" in the middle of the wing, which are used as front legs. This is done by laying the wings on the ground and use these "fingers" to stand. It's useful for him to go faster on the ground. However in aerial fights this summon is very untrustworthy since it hates to be summoned so much, but ridable. He will punish the user by absorbing 30 chakra points out of him after 4 turns he has been summoned and he will reverse summon itself. If he was somehow defeated before that time, he will take that chakra and disappears. The vulture's speed and power are magnificent, it's only equalled by the highest among all the summoning ninja animals. He can fly at the height of the Ruppell's vultures too and is able to use wind jutsu's which is helpful to create chakra fangs from its "fingers" making it very strong and can cut through even solid substances.
~ Can only last for 4 turns
~ He takes 30 chakra points when it leaves whenever that is
~ Can only use up to S-rank wind jutsu's which the owner knows
~ Must have signed the summoning contract.
~ Can only be summoned once per battle
~Can not summon any other Vulture after summoning this one

*Hazure follows your example and stands in a respective way as Shoyusura reveals the scroll and ask me to sign it. I bow before walking slowly forward.*

*When I reach the scroll, I grab a kunai from my ninja tool pouch and slash the palm of my left hand, allowing the blood to drip down my fingers. I write my name in an empty slot on the page and the I press my five fingers, which were all coated in my blood when I had slashed my palm, onto the page underneath my name.*

*I open the fan and with my blood still flowing, I wipe it across the length of the fan like you had done earlier. I then focus my chakra into my hands and then transfer it into the fan and then I swing the fan like that of Temari in a direction that is not near you.*

* I clench my fist to get some fresh blood flowing and then wipe my blood across my fan. I then focus a greater amount of chakra then before into my hands and transfer it into my fan, waving it like Temari does when she summons Kamitari, I release the chakra built up in the fan and wave it through the air in the opposite direction to you *
Okay then ~!
* I wipe my blood across the fan yet again and start focusing double the amount of chakra as before into my hands. I then transfer that built up chakra into my fan whilst imagining in my head two humanoid vultures and then swipe the fan at the same time releaseing the chakra *
