To me it kind of seemed as if that last panel was his badge saying IChigo? Maybe rukia ? Or it couldve been the girl he was fighting but judging by her expression it didnt seem so.

for me it looked like Hichigo calling him,, i think i saw some black flames in the end panel

*sigh* There's really not much of a difference. Kubo only does so to set each character's speed on similar terms so they aren't speed-blitzed in every fight.
