I want to know more about Rin, but she probably isn't tough enough. Same for Obito. Jiraiya can't be summoned. I love Konan and it'd be awesome to see her. She's powerful and I find it weird that she wasn't summoned. But I don't think she'll be summoned. Especially since she knows how to beat Madara.

I'd also like to see Rin, although I doubt she was anything special, we don't know when she died. She could have gone through some massive training since the Gaiden and her death. I'm assuming she died around the same time the fox attacked Konoha, because that only seems to be a few years after the Kakashi Gaiden.

Ever thought that I wanted a fresh discussion? Peoples opinions change over time, and things happen in the manga that sway their opinions. It's possible that Obito's DNA could be retrieved. Orochimaru went to great lengths to get what he wanted - he probably got someone to collect it at some point.

I get annoyed with Kabutomaru too. If he fused with Takamaru or Shikamaru I wonder what people would call him?

Maru just seems to be a popular ending for names in Japan, or at least in anime.

I also think it would be useless to revive Obito, if you looked at his battles, he wasn't any more skilled than the average Shinobi. He did a Katon jutsu and a few Sharingan maneuvers. He'd be sealed easily.

He had to find out infomation from someone who knew Sai. Was Danzo going to give it up no. He had to search and search. Shin nor Sai are famous for anything.

Why? Because after Obito died, Kakashi promised him self that he will never fail to protect his partners. He promised he will never let Rin die, but he broke that promise. And we all know that Kaubto/Oro likes to screw with people minds and emotions, so bringing back Rin will remind Kakashi of his failure, causing some kind of downfall upon him. Kakashi has indicated that all those close to him were dead and the fact that he lamented on how he failed to protect her. If you've noticed most of the matches that have been happening against the undead shinobi have a connection with whom they are fighting.

Well, Kakashi already got his connection with Zabuza, so I doubt he'll get a Rin touch. It's not impossible for Rin but I doubt it seriously.

As someone stated above Jiraiya can be resurrected if Kabuto/Madara really wanted to... Kabuto himself said to Madara that Pains weapons still have Jiraiya's blood on them and could be used for resurrection. Also Jiraiya lost his arm in that fight too.. whether it was completely crushed or there are some remains of it still left we don't know... But if they are, the arm parts could still be found and used for resurrection too.

Kabuto also said that Uchiha Shisui could be resurrected too.. given Danzo's right eye is actually shisui's implanted eye. Even though the eye was destroyed but you just need the dna from the skin or flesh.

Oh yeah, Danzo and Shisui are more plausible than Rin or Obito!
