1st thing is that there isn´t that poll, + are we talking about most useless or weakest? if we are talking useless, i go with sakura, if the weakest, i must say that ino (sadly)

But if you include tactical, Ino is pretty decent at times, so overall my vote goes towards Sakura.

Reason: She has the strength of Tsunade but when does she ever use it? She's always crying or not helping at all, and if she does use it, it never really lands successfully, because she has no tactics.

Nope she hasn't really she only beat herself who is not that good and she picked up the fan but odds are she doesn't have the large chakra reserves to use it.

I would say Ten ten has my vote too.

Oh and how is Sakura useless sure she doesn't do anything sometimes but of course she had her battle with Sasori and was nothing but useful. And when they came face to face with Sasuke she did more than Naruto and actually made an attempt to fight him something her part 1 self would never do. Plus, she practically healed hinata from near-death after she was stabbed by Pain,, yeah she is useless isn't she.

Ino... well she didn't do a thing during the fight against kakuzu except for throwing two shuriken

Ino, should definitly be the loser of this poll she is BY FAR THE WORST IN THE SHOW SO FAR no matter what anyone has to say about it Ino is the worst for sure! She always been useless and still is!

It can't really be measured, because it depends on the situation.
But how is Sakura useless?! She's a brilliant medical ninja, she is good at avoiding attacks, so she can be the distraction while the others plan, fight long distance or run. Also she has the strength to get rid of obstacles. She is probably the second most useful ninja, Shikamaru being the most useful.
