Whats the worst shinobi of naruto uzumaki's generation

HAHAHA, LOL. I am going with Ino first, but she did tried to stop one of the swordsmen with bijuu chakra by using Mind Pressure and with help from others.

However, it's too early to say who is the weakest or useless from others. Besides, we might find out that Ino can be more useful in the story, but I am no fanboy. Just stating facts. For Sakura, she was only useful in a major battle with Sasori with HELP with and experienced Grandma, but nowadays. She is useful in small parts, not big ones. But, I don't like her anyways.
