i don't think funimation has any rights to it yet...
but because of its explicit style it will probably be a while before funimation gets a hold of it seeing as how they would more than likley have to sell it on dvd and thats not really much profit there...

there are 4 english dub eps out already i am wondering where the fifth and up ones are i cannot find them anywhere

Lol , i think you kinda have to wait a while when they make another 12(japanese) episodes from the anime , then they will definitly dub the past ones xd

There may be a japanese OVA going to be released this month so watch out xd
