there is advantages and disadvantages to all jitsu- even impure world resurrection. so there is no real way to answer this but here's my votes
Most destructive- combo of razishirken, and tailed beast bomb in a full 9 tails mode with sage chakara (if this is even possible)
fastest- FTG of course
most versitile- shadow possession in all its various form or Rinnigan with all paths or Impure World resurrection
most powerful- the combo seal on 10tails body/ Ingiazi to 10 tails split chakara
Intelegence gathering- tsumi(if thats how you spell it)
strongest defensively- Madera's incorporable or sunnsso's mirror

If any one character had all of these abilities this would be the most BA character in the Naruto Universe!!

It's hard to tell what the best jutsu is, since every jutsu has some advantages and disadvantages.
Take Pokemon as example: Fire has an advantage to plant pokemon, but plants have an advantage against water, and water against fire.
