Custom jutsu

Hey pals, i have sum questions regarding this Custom jutsu section
as we are not allowed to post in the same thread as it is considered spamming
i dont know where else to ask
so could u guys tell me if when our custom jutsu get approved......
can we use it straight away or we still have to learn it or sumthng
and do our custom jutsu get patented i mean only u know it so anyone else who can do the jutsu has to learn from u or perhaps use sharingan.....
if anyone can learn it then we will lose the edge wont we???
and a suggestion i mean if have sum new cutom jutsus other than those we already posted in the thread should we not just edit our post to accomodate the new customs rather than make a new post and write needs reapproval
plz answer my q and think about my suggestion.......

You can multipost in your cj thread in cj section only

You dont have to learn your custom, once it is approved in the cj section its yours

Peiple can only learn i if you let them, if not only you can use it, and you can use it as soon as its approved

once its approved, you can use it.

Only you will know YOUR custom jutsu unless you teach it to others and give them specific permission to use it. If you have custom jutsu which have not been checked and then you make another, feel free to edit your previous submission. If they have already been checked then you must make a new post. when in doubt, just make another post.

The customs get approved whenever the mod that deals with them have time and there are enough submissions. The thread can close for review sometimes, then everything that hasn't been checked gets checked.
When you're the creator of the custom jutsu and it's approved you don't have to learn it, but if someone else wants it you can learn it them.
If there are jutsus already submitted that are like yours but they aren't yours than submitting it a second time is a waste of time because they will not get approved because they're too much like others. If you want to change something of your own existing custom then it has to be re-approved.

Ok, to summarize it all:

1) When a custom is approved you can use it straight away, unless of course you don't have the requirements for it. To use a lightning custom jutsu you need to know raiton, however you shouldn't be posting customs for things you can't do yet.

2) The custom is © by you for life unless you decide to remove it or something. Only you can use it and only you can decide whether you want to teach it or not to someone and whether that person can teach it too or not. You don't need to be a sensei to teach your customs. Sharingan's can't copy custom jutsu's, that's forbidden.

3) When you want to post new customs, just post them in the thread. If you're previous batch hasn't been checked yet and you can still edit your post you can add others. Though the maximum amount of jutsu's you can post is 5 in one week. It's absolutely forbidden to edit your post with customs that have already been approved. If you do, they will immediately be voided, all of them.

the jutsu that gets accepted does its upgrade also get patented
i mean if a genin posts sum jutsu.....
and when he reaches the jounin rank and wants to increase the power of his jutsu can he do it ??????
i mean any person who is already a jounin may copy the jutsu give it a different name and create a more powerful version of the same jutsu placing more firepower

normally its the concept that is patented. so if a similar jutsu exists, people can't copy it. although, its hard to verify that when there are 1000+ custom jutsu
