No, it is not.The NB description is almost as vague as what you said, so i couldn't make any sense of it, because both your description and NB's description are so vague. :|

I begin by building up a large amount chakra into both my hands. Then I hold my hands out while I manipulate the chakra into sharp lines, concentrating hard to make it extremely thin. I then wave it making it go 360 degrees, attempting to make a domed shield.

I begin by getting into my Gentle Fist stance. Then I rush up to the dummy, poking and closing 7 chakra points in your stomach area. Then poking and closing 10 in your left arm. Afterwards poking 10 more in the dummy's right arm. I then close 5 in his right hand, and 5 more in his left hand. Then I go and poke 10 in his left rib area, and then closing 10 in his right chest area. Then closing 10 more in it's upper abdomen. Then I close 10 in his right thigh and 10 in his left thigh. then closing 6 near his left shoulder and 6 more in his right shoulder.v Then dealing the final poke in his heart.

Gets into stance

As your clone runs towards me with his arm outstretched I quickly sidestep to the right, and slightly twist my body counterclockwise and strike his hand that was holding the kunai, with two pokes. Then I use my other hand to poke him 4 times in the arm. Then poking and closing 8 in his stomach area. Then I close 16 around his entire other arm. I then hit 32 strikes around his entire mid section and hitting the ones in his stomach that I didn't previously hit. Then I finish it of with a 2 poke hit at the heart. Inserting chakra and closing every chakra point I hit.

I did it because you didn't explain it well enough. All you said was "do a 64 palms strike". Then you said it could be used for Offense and Defense.

Post the jutsu you want me to do, so I can try to understand what you are trying to say.

Is all part of training ,i just want you to fully understand the jutsu from mistakes cos the jutsu itself is a bit confusing.

They need to explain it a bit more, MAJOR editing needs to be done to the jutsu list. And I know how you feel, the jutsu are very vague and hard to explain to others.

I looked on Naruto.wikia and I see something called "Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. I'm guessing that is what it is, so i'll use that as a basis for this technique.

I focus and build up my chakra into my hands. Then I concentrate and make my chakra into very thin lines. Then as the clone with the kunai comes I use a thin line of chakra to knock the kunai out of his hand, then using more to pierce the clone and make him poof away
