Your theory seems plausible but it does have holes. There are plenty of people that Minato could have gotten senju blood from, considering all the hokage were part senju means that the clans in the village now probably originated from the senju clan.

lets say minato was about the age of kakashi as his debut when he died = 24
and from then till now its 16 yrs
24 + 16 = 40
so Tsunade would be a 14 year old mother

i'm not sure, it does make a lil sense if you think about it and kishimoto is pretty good with surprises and if naruto really is part senju then that would explain why he looks like the so6p when he is in jinchurkiri mode and why yamatos' wood goes crazy.
He actually is part Senju (he is an Uzumaki, who are relatives of the Senju, in an unknown way, maybe SO6P was an Uzumaki...) but still, the reason Yamato's Wood Release goes mad is because of the Yang chakra released's life-giving properties.
Anything is possible but this sounds just too unlikely to me.

Maybe the Sarutobis were somehow related to the Senju, maybe by way of Uzumaki? (Uzumaki are Related to the Senju, explaining their longivity (the Sage O6P's younger son had his Father's Yang powers)
