What could possibley be inside the casket that Kabuto showed to Madara?

I was really curious when I read that chapter and I haven't really been paying attention during the Shinobi world war arc so I wouldn't be surprised if someone told me it was just some old important ninja. But me personally I think it could be Izuna Uchiha though I ponder at how Kabuto could gave managed it.

I don't think it's Rikudou Sennin/Izuna Uchiha. Why would Kabuto say « Anyway, you can relax, i haven't told a soul » to Madara?. What's so secret about his brother or the sage?. Hope Kishi clears that up soon.
