I say Naruto because Kakashi can't use his sharigan 4 too long because it drains his chakra 2 fast.....and even if Naruto isn't using the nine tailed's chakra his normal chakra is 4 times more than Kakashi's own.......he even stated that Naruto has surpassed him

Naruto because he has 4 times the amount of chakra than Kakashi, if Kakashi uses his sharinga which is his most powerful weapon, he would drain his chakra but Naruto could still keep on fighting

It's kind of hard to argue against sage mode for someone who's not one of the ridiculously powerful, but I will point out for Kakashi's sake that he specified that he was surpassed in the sense of Naruto being able to create the Rasen Shuriken. That's all he meant. His ability to make a move that Kakashi or Minato weren't able to. Also for Kakashi's sake, no one but Kakashi is fully aware of what he can do. If we take his knowledge of 1,000s of jutsu literally then it would appear he keeps the majority of his cards close to his chest. Yeah, he tends to rely on a small handful of moves, but that kind of makes sense doesn't it? Anyway, I reiterate Sage Mode is crazy, and unless Kakashi has the perfect move to counter it, up his sleeve, he probably won't be able to keep up.

the truth is, we can't really foretell who would win if this two great ninja fought... but judging on their capacity, i think both sides can really show something... but for me
kakashi...
yah , we all know naruto possess the sage and now able to control the kyubi... but ability alone is not enough to much kakashi who has the brain the skills and the experienced.....
thinking kakashi could surpass naruto through tactics and plan, thus high tempered naruto will just actively fight without thinking the scenario.

I think ur forgetting the fact tha Kakashi was KILLED by Pain and wasnt able to kill any of the SIX bodies of Pain..whereas Naruto was able to kill ALL of the Pains bodies...this pretty much explains everything about who is gonna win the battle

i think that naruto would win. simply because naruto has an immense chakra reserve and since he will force kakashi to use sharingan then the battle won't take too long to end.
