yeah the explaining takes a long time, I bearly learned my first jutsu today!!

Training takes time. Do you expect to learn the entire jutsu list in a week?

Ugh Anbu! We still have to teach the new canon jutsu to these people. Why they don't include it in the normal jutsu list, I don't know. :|
