Neji Top Ten Potential? Neji Vs Kakashi

Im a big Neji fan so im a little mad they havent shown him lately...Yea i say he's top ten Potential but i wont say he can beat people like the Fourth or Madara, but i do see him holding his own against some of the best fighters.
i like him to beat just about every member in Akatsuki. Except Pain and Itatchi

5.and since Neji can see chakra, all those tricks Kakashi like to do like hide bombs and chains under the ground wouldnt work

Also I don't see Neji being able to beat Deidara, Kakuzu, Pain, Itachi, Sasori, Orochimaru (when he was in akatsuki), and Konan.

1. Kakashi has much more taijutsu experience than Neji... he does have a sharingan.
2. Kakashi is smarter than Neji, and has a multitude of justus from long range.
3. What does defense do if he can't attack?
4. Neji is not faster than Kakashi...
5. Kakashi can see chakra as well

Im the biggest neji fan on this site, but he want win against kakashi. Not because of the sharingan or kakashi is better, its just a bad match up. Neji is a top taijutsu user, and would out class him in that. Kakashi is a high taijutsu, ninjutsu, and genjutsu user. Kakashi has a load of moves to combine and probaly eventually overwelm neji. I would go info detail I'm on my phone. So I say kakashi in a hell of fight, even tho nejis my boy

Ms is but not kakashis regular sharingan! In a regular fight a byakugan user of hiashi or neji lv would defeat the 3 tomoe user any day (probaly not itachi but anyone else).
