Rei's Rules and Restrictions.

Terrain: We are standing in a rocky plateau at the base of four mountains that form a ring around our "arena." We start in the middle of the area, short range from each other. I am facing north - there is a river running across the base of the mountain in the east, meaning my right and your left.
*Wearing his OSAMURAI shirt, and with the God of Wind strapped to his belt and a scroll on his right hip.*
"I hope you're ready for this."
*Unsheathing the God of Wind, Mifune charges at Deidara, pushing off the ground for a quick dash - Mifune swings the blade from his left to right, cutting across Deidara's torso, before stepping forward and slashing the blade downward in a diagonal slash, from right to left, after whipping the blade quickly, from it's position after the horizontal slash and straight into the diagonal slash.
Then, again stepping forward, Mifune rushes at Deidara, thrust the blade towards him, aiming at his sternum with the strike.
However, this is only the beginning of his onslaught.
As he thrusts forward, Mifune places both hands on God of Wind and whips it to his right, bringing the blad around again in a right to left downward diagonal slash - however, this is in addition to a powerful combo; Mifune releases a powerful amount of Raiton chakra, shocking Diedara, making blocking or dodging extremely difficult due to not only the close range, but from also being busy with Mifune's sword onslaught.

Description: As the ninja charges at the opponent, they create multiple shadow copies to confuse the opponent. Using the confusion, the real ninja will attack from the opponent�s blindside.
Creating four clones in addition to Mifune (all of us are M0-M4). Because of this, M0 concentrates the Nagashi in your direction as he continues his onslaught on you, making it near impossible to dodge either his slashes or the numbing effect of the Nagashi, which would make you unable to move.
The clones created by the Dance of the Crescent Moon quickly dispersed (but between Mid and Short-range, close enough to quickly attack) and use:

Description:The user creates 3 shadow clones. Each of the stands as of they were in a perfect square meaning they stand at three corners of the square and the user stands and the last corner. The Opponent is trapped inside of the square.the user and the clones send out a steady flow of chakra through the ground towards the opponent. Once the users chakra makes contact with the opponent, he/she is trapped in a very high level genjutsu.The user and the clones have to stay in a sqaure formation for the it to work properly.The opponent is trapped under a genjutsu that makes the user believe that he or she is severely getting sliced by a sword. Though the physical damage doesn't happen the opponent feels the pain causing torture.
Restrictions:
-Can only Be used once per battle
-May only be used by ~Minato~
-This jutsu lasts 1 turn
The fourth clone acting in my stead for the jutsu. Because of the nature of the jutsu, and the way in which it is used, you wouldn't notice anything - as my real movements mimic the one in the genjutsu, meaning that there would be no way for you to detect the genjutsu. So, as you are losing to Mifune in the Genjutsu, you are losing to Mifune in real life.
M0 takes advantage of this, and focuses Fuuton chakra within the blade, causing the God of Wind to form a Replica of itself, both blades with the ability to easily cut through stone - meaning that their true cutting potential is incredible.
So, with this enhanced blade and you trapped in the Genjutsu, and knowing what Deidara is famous for, M0 quickly cuts off both of your hands - this also releases you from the Genjutsu, due to the intense pain of losing your hands.
However ,as he does this, the other clones immediately close in, two of them grabbing your arms as M0 leaps back, and M4 stands between him and M3 - who stands in front of you, and smashes his forearm into your skull, right after M0 leaps backwards, thus knocking you out cold.
Due to the nature of all the techniques used, especially since they are used in the middle of a Kenjutsu attack, you would be hard-pressed to defend against the attack because. This is especially true since the first two jutsu are used at the same time, and the Genjutsu activates almost immediately after the second jutsu.*

As you perform the first slash towards my torso I quickly make a step back and put the sword infront of me, blocking the horisontal slash, immediatly after that I see you whipping the blade quickly, from it's position after the horizontal slash and straight into the diagonal slash, so as I see I wouldnt be able to block it I drop the sword and perform a single hand seal which would allow me to substitude so that neither the lightning nor the sword would hit me. (Kawarimi no Jutsu) - Change of Body Stance Technique

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.
*At the moment I appear long range from you I throw 2 kunais with smoke bombs at you which would cover you in smoke, thus blocking your view of me. So as I release them with my right hand, at the same time I take some clay with my left hand and release 3 humming birds. 2 of which go at you while zig zagging. At the same time I make the 3rd one expand and quickly jump on it, flying into the air, while at the same time the 2 humming birds that I sent at you, will surprise you because you wouldnt be able to see them coming because of the smoke that my previous 2 kunais made.*
C-1 makes small animals form birds to spiders.(Chakra= 15, Damage= 20)

I don't quite agree with you on timeframe on that last move, but I'll go ahead and make my next move.

However, at the same time, M3 bangs two kunai together (loudly) to form a rough instrument, causing you to be caught in:

As soon as the first beat is heard, the person is captured in the Genjutsu. The person, or persons, caught in the Genjutsu lose the ability to channel chakra and their movement is reduced to the coordination of a severely drunk person. The user of this jutsu is unable to attack, because this jutsu must stay activated by the caster, so if the user attempts to attack, the Genjutsu is broken, and the enemy(s) caught in the Genjutsu immediately regain all their abilities. (20 chakra per turn to sustain this jutsu.) Because this jutsu interferes with the enemy�s ability to control chakra, this justu cannot be dispelled by a Kai used by the person caught in its effect. The user cannot move during this jutsu.Only usable one time per battle. The Genjutsu only last one turn before the additional 20 chakra must be paid.

The force that is released is so big that it even slices and shreds the earth open on the place where the fist landed.

Additionally, while all this is going on, M2 throws an explosive kunai at you before running up the mountain towards you, sword drawn - he is there to cut you down if somehow you survive the other onslaught.*

*As I see your clone taking 2 kunais I would think he is about to throw them so as he is banging the kunais I throw 4 kunais with ex. tags of my own, 1 of them directly at him, 1 above him and I throw the others 2 at his left and right side, since there are ex.tags and I throw them at multiple directions it would be hard for the wind to blow them all and since you need to gather chakra for the wind tech, they would reach the clone that does the banging in no time, and since he would have to defend from the kunais he will stop doing the genjutsu, allowing me to use chakra again. ( you know, even if I send the kunais after the banging, I would still be able to do it since throwing kunais does not require chakra) So by the time I could use my chakra the wind will probably be blown by the sword, so now seeing that Im attacked by the wind fist I quickly go underground, avoiding the wind.
(Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu) – Earth Release: Hiding like a mole technique

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach.
*As the wind is blown I quickly re-emerge and perform a row of 2 hand seals to create a huge swamp all around you and your clones, making you sink into the deadly mud. Since I previously used earth jutsu I would be charged with Doton chakra which would make this jutsu extremly fast and it also requires 2 hand seals only.*

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja�s chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

*M3, who is charging at you, simply throws a couple shuriken of his own - since shuriken can be thrown in multiples of up to four with one hand, he easily throws more than enough to deflect your kunai, and can send more towards you.
Because of this, the kunai you throw towards the clone preforming the Genjutsu never reach him, and thus you are never released from it's affects, and take all the hits in my previous move - and if one kunai he would not be able to deflect (which is highly unlikely), M3 simply intercepts it with his body, making the attack still stop short by sacrificing himself - and by this time, the fist of the Wind god would have hit you.*
