in all reality, every 'yondaime' kage was the best. yondaime kazekage's my favorite kazekage, yondaime Hokage is my favorite kage, yondaime mizukage was that epic jinchuriki who could control his bijuu, yondaime raikage is simply epic, and because there are no yondaime tsuchikage as of yet, i realize that. the second tsuchikage seems kool, but we haven't seen enough of him yet to make an informed decision, and the thrid tsuchikage is old and throws his back out every five minutes of actual work; not the kind of guy i want leading my village, bloodline expansion or not.
