Let me try and justify my post before i get angry replies. You cant argue my top 3.
I have pain at number four but it can easily be switched with Jiraya if he new Pains Secret before the fight, and if he wasn't trying to capture naruto he could have killed him. Full health Itatchi is clearly stroger then anyone underneath him. I cant see anything else unless you ask why Killer Bee is lower then Kisame, Why Garra is Rated so High and why Guy isnt up there when he beat Kisame. and i would reply...Killer Bee was about to lose but his brother came to help. Kisame didnt have his sword when he fought Guy and i think Garra would have beat Deidara on a neutral site.any feed back???i love to debate...

I'll quote you and show you what's weird.

Itachi is stronger than Pain, if he had not been then Pain would have attacked Konoha sooner, so obviously Itachi is higher than him.

Kabuto is not a strong ninja, more of a string puller.

The first hokage is much stronger than Madara and Sasuke, he should be number 2. And madara should be 4th behind minato.

The third hokage is stronger than Orochimaru, had he been younger he would have destroyed him.

Zetsu you know nothing of his abilities, so I don't see how you can see him as being strong.

Tsunade shouldn't be on the list. The list should be like this.

kimmimaru was good but he cant handle fighting just plain naruto or sasuke from shippuden. chidor from sasuke would destroy or break through his bones and any tech with his bones, and naruto would just hit that clown with a reseng-shuriken. i still think naruto could beat him with out that tech, kimmimaru was good but hes not that great to be above sasuke and naruto.

I understand what you coming from and i agree with yvje94 it depends on how you look at things, i wouldnt put pain in front of the fourth Hokage or Jiraya, when Clearly Jiraya could have beat Pain if he knew his secrets...Pain said it himself. but i do agree with your placement of the third Hokage, i think he can beat just about anyone at full power, and yes Tsunade has shown she has alot of chakra but i dont see her wining against any from

first f all minato s stronger than first,because remember wht kakashi said naruto is the only one who can surpass 4th,why dont he said 1st.becoz minato is stronger

naruto already surpassed jiraiya in sage mode and with kyuubi control he will be even more powerful.so he must be above jiraiya and itachi.

naruto beat pain and he s still below him,nw he s even stronger

i dont think kabuto s as strong s killer bee or raikage.

a fully healthy orochimaru would be stronger than kabuto
