would not be an easy fight....probly itachi's hardest...... if itachi was in the same conditions with the sasuke fight i beleive jiraya would get him first...but with full strength i beleive the sharingan would top even jiraya

even when itachi was fighting sasuke he could have killed him at the start but he had it planned out so sasuke would win and oros mark was destroyed

and he cut off oros hand and beat him and all in about a second and oro was trying to surprise him from behind

no..itachi him self agreed that jiraiya is stronger than him..when kisame and itachi went to take naruto and jiriya summons some frog stomach

that was also three years ago. itachi is too damn good. jiraiya wouldnt be able to win.

It takes time to active sage mode for Jiraiya and Itachi would not let him activate it he's really fast -_-

Just a small point here but Jiraiya could summon ma and pa and have them gather natural energy for him instead and its not like sharingan or mangekyou can completely stop that energy gathering process...especially since its natural energy...plus gen-justu wouldn't work when they're with Jiraiya because they can put his chakra into him and cancel the genjustu

id think itachi, it would be one of the closest matches ever, but personally i think itachi would pull through in the end, itachi not only has the sharingan but he knows how to use it very well, he did beat orochimaru but i dont belive that orochimaru is stronger than jirayia. But those frogs may be tricky, but i could see itatchi getting past the frogs, so i vote itachi

lol, you think that genjutsu genius like itachi would fall under genjutsu? + he has sharingan ok i agree that itachi is a genjutsu genius and has sharingan but pain had rinnegan (sorry if i wrote it wrong ) and fell for the ma and pa genjutsu

Itachi would win this no problemo(Im not spanish btw).

First of all the Demonic Illusion:Toad Confrontation Song that Ma and Pa use takes a long time to complete because they have to synchronize their melodies which gives itachi ample opportunity to silence them before they finish it.

Jiraiya and the Ma and Pa toads can be put in tsukyomi though because none but sasuke can resist it.

He would Burn Ma and Pa right of Jiraiya's shoulders with Amaterasu.

Tell me what Jiraiya has in his arsenal that can handle Susanoo!?
Nothing thats what, no matter how big the jutsu is Itachi's shield can block it.
And if jiraiya summons and of the giant toads Itachi will seal them away with the sword of totsuka along with jiraiya.

Jiraiya is just outclassed here period,in every aspect of this battle.

tsukuyomi lasts for less than a second jiraiya would fall down b4 ma and pa realized what happened

rinnegan isnt made for genjutsu, and pain compared to itachi SUCKED at it
