Hiramekarei (ヒラメカレイ) is a double-handled sword wielded by Chōjūrō. The Hiramekarei has two holes in the upper end of the blade that shoot out chakra, which can seemingly be formed into weapons such as a hammer. However, it is apparently heavy, as Chōjūrō tires easily from carrying it.

According to Suigetsu, this is the only sword still in Kirigakure's possession out of the original seven Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist blades and also that his brother Mangetsu mastered the use of this sword.

Chōjūrō unleashes his sword Hiramekarei, shaping chakra around it to form a giant hammer. This causes the bandages that are wrapped around the sword to unravel. It's unknown if the chakra can be shaped into other weapons

and do u think u can fuse with this sword as well

I imagine Kisame can only form with the Samahedaa because they are both seemingly sharks. I wonder, there's a lot we don't know about the swords, but this one doesn't seem to be one that sucks in chakra, so maybe you can't form with it. I think it's a pretty bad ass sword, but Chojuro is pretty mysterious. He's very young but seems to be very powerful if he's guarding the Mizukage. I wanna know how he got the sword, and what happened to all the other swords.

G ass sword, would love 2 have one. Na dnt think he can fuse with dat. Samehada was like Kisame's brother, it was like it was a living shark as well!! Samehada= second to none!!!

Dosent Sigetsu tell Jugo about what happened to all the blades when the Swordsmen are brought back?

suigetsu describes the blades and their abilities.
a most likely explanation for their disappearnce however would be that mangetsu(suigestsu's brother's name i think) stole the others since he had them all in a scroll..
