Background Info.
History: Since his childhood, environment [read: parents and extra-talented peers] has made a great influence on the development of this young shinobi. Almost everything that he's ever done, his colleagues have done it better... well... except shuriken and kunai manipulation. Each families lineage had it's own specifically evolved techniques, but this Umitachi decided not to give up! So, after tons of efforts, he exceeded his limits, realized that development can never be completely finished, and his determination for further improvement is constantly growing. While quickly expanding his knowledge in jutsus, he's aiming to further develop old as well as brand new techniques.
Almost all of his childhood friends are almost always on a mission journeys, so his best everyday friends are his baby brother Masashi.
Excelled in a few low-ranked missions. No distinguished achievements. Just an another talented young shinobi... stories to tell are yet to be made.
