ok well obiously tobi is madara shown here
but is it possible that he also is nagato aka pein? The first thing I have to prove this is the fact that nagato was belived dead as shown here
maybe in reality he did die and madara took his rinnegan, you may wonder why and the reason is because madara created akatsuki and wanted someone to be the figurehead for him also we hear from the member of peins village that pein killed the kage of the rain village as show here
And thus became the new kage but tobi/madara is the new kage as shown here
That means madara is pein he is the mizukage and he was the one who wasn't there from jiraya's message and by the way before jiraya fought pein and realized the secret about him he was thinking about the 9-tails attack on the village whcih leads me further to think that Jiraya realized madara was behind it all!!
one eye a sharingan and one a rinnegan and the leader of akatsuki now all this leaves is the fact that tobi and pein's bodies talk to each other but I have realized that naruto's clones talk to each other too so it is definitely possible
