2. If you already made the bio then you should copy-paste it into a new thread to change it and then wait for re-approval, however I don't recommend it if not for major changes. You can join only one village btw.
3. As I said in point two, yes you can but I recommend to add them if you leaned them all.

1. You can be allied/friendly with more than 1 village, but you can only be a member of one village.

2. Not sure what you mean when you say your village was approved today.

3. You train for a while, and when you've completed a good amount of training you update your bio. Don't update it after every couple of jutsu you learn, wait until you have a good amount to add.
