If your grammar is good you won't be a noob. If you are a good Rper then you aren't a noob and if you won't Spam the whole base full with stupid questions and just ask them via VM and PM. And it's not about the posts. And maybe your Join date but that doesn't count always

your not a noob when you dont spam,ask question that are already asked and read the forums and thread carefully, also become friend with people and arent a jack-ass earlier and you just started on your account

Well rules on certain sites make certain posts spam, like having a harry potter fight in the battle arena... but that could be as funny as hell and not noobish, but its still spam...
