What do you think Sasuke's EMS looks like?

I don't know if this was already brought up, but I wanted to ask: in the Manga series, Sasuke accepts to transplant Itachi's eyes into his. So, what you guys think? I think it'll look like Itachi's (how it's got the 3 sided shuriken) and then have Sasuke's orbital star in the back ground.

Agreed, either they overpower expectation, or in some way hav a flaw, like Sasuke going deaf or become even more delusional.

I am going to go with his eyes having a flaw. For some reason, I feel like Itatchi is going to haunt him, maybe even lay hints about what really happened and expose Madara for the bastard he truly is.

Yeah, that would be pretty cool; or he can find out the real truth about Danzou (far more than Madara told him), and Madara (I love Tobi ). ​

Now, zirx, it is said that if you possess Mangekyō Sharingan, and you have a sibling who has Mangekyō Sharingan him/herself, you will then slowly be possessing Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, which basically is mixing your MS with your sibling's MS. The only known person who did this (so far) is Tobi (a.k.a Uchiha Madara). Uchiha Sasuke is supposed to be (according to the Manga) getting his EMS pretty soon. He was getting progressively blind because he was spamming Amaterasu (inextinguishable black flames; Uchiha Itachi possessed this power). ​

The last one is highely likely. There's an official video made by Kishi and some others which includes some scenes ahead of the manga. There was showed in a flash Sasuke's EMS. It was very unclear, however it showed that his star eyes started to twist like Itachi's MS.

i agree, it will look cool and the top one looks awesome. unfortunately im going to throw up this theory even though i resent the thought 100 %... i fear that the power will bring upon sasuke a similar illness that itachi was dieing from. i hope that im wrong but if there is a downfall to his new powers, it will most likely be along those lines.... I hope to god if thats the case that they find a cure. i dont think it was ever said what itachi was dieing from so it may have been something that was passed down from his family.
