Based on the information we have for now it appears that he did kill Shishui to get MS, but until the full truth of the Uchiha Massacre is revealed we can only assume.

well im waiting to see kakashi go on a rampage.........
may be the 5th treasure could counter the first four and naruto already has it...guess wat the 5th one will be something lyk love.

it's 5 treasures gathered by the hidden cloud naruto can't have it and nobody would give it to him.

Not that it changes anything, but it seems that everybody who lives inside the nine tails gets those marks on their cheeks. naruto could have got them by staying 7 months in a jinchuriki.

i think not every manga CAN be fantastic... if every chapter would be full of deep characters and exciting battles, that would become 'normal'.
Kishi does a great job on balancing this, so that the most exciting moments do pop out as exciting moments!

so this wasn't a bad chapter after all, and btw this whole war thing might take 2 years or so. I also want to see all those rampages and kage's and stuff, but we need to take the time

and hope they can release those nin from the Gorge and who knows maybe theyll

release some Bad mothers from a long time ago from the Gorge too , who are not edode

yup dude, i also think one of them will get to fight. and it is very much probable to be killabee.

i do hope shika-ino-chouji formation will come to help darui should he'd need help...

and finally C. itachi somehow talks to naruto before or while fighting him, most likely in a genjutsu so they can speak freely without kabuto or others knowing whats happening. while hes talking to naruto, naruto asks him if its true that he was really a good guy, and that he was just pushing sasuke to make him stronger. itachi is shocked that naruto knows and ends up confessing the whole truth to naruto and asks him he still believes he can stop sasuke without killing him, then naruto says he will stop him without killing sasuke, and makes it promise to itachi. itachi is set free from the edo tensei, but before he is set free he tells naruto one last thing. he tells him to relay what itachi said to him about the truth and that itachi wants him to stop working for madara, but to make sasuke believe that he said this, itachi tells naruto something only sasuke would remember from his childhood with itachi.(idk, something symbolic like "sorry sasuke, maybe next time",or "you know we'll always have eachother, even if you hate me i'll be there for you, thats what big brothers are for" or either something that sasuke said to itachi "thats fine, as long as we can spend time together once in a while")

i just gotta comment on "how you understimate a kakashi vs an edo itachi".

remember, itachi's deadly one on one - only. kakashi + guy would eat edo itachi alive. kakashi mano y mano would have a chance againts edo itachi's tsukuyomi. by now, kakashi would know how to get out of the genjutsu. edo itachi's susanoo is a "defensive" one. it is stationary - unlike sasuke's having a deadly bow and arrow. edo itachi's susanoo will be sent to another dimension by kakashi's kamui...

...and maybe we will witness a kakashi upgrade now...

bur nice thoughts up there, Naruto, sasuke and i think kakashi will be able to free edo itachi's soul via talk no jutsu

...and i'd like the idea edo itachi going rogue against kabuto...

Orochimaru was a very strong character. I don't get why people are assuming he is weaker than character's like Shikamaru.

i didnt say that shikamaru would over power him, just simply stated that he could beat orochimaru. shikamaru could simply just outsmart him, and come up with a great plan to defeat him.

yeah i definetly think we'll see them talk it out and set itachi free, but hopefully sasuke will be set on the right path by itachi before its to late to save him from the darkness that is engulfing his life. even if madara tries to kill him over betraying him, i believe that itachi will do whats necessary to protect sasuke from the likes of madara(something such as using the susano or either using some overpowerd technique that he has saved to or the tech/power that he gave to naruto), and if something happens to itachi before he can do something to protect him from madara (like if his edo tensei is released), i believe we'll see madara get sucker punched by sage mode naruto and have kakashi back him forcing madara to retreat.

oh by the way jabz, do you have an idea what nagato2 was talking about? he mentioned something about the fifth tool that the sage of six paths used but i didnt get a reply and i still dont understand what he meant about naruto and some necklace. when i mention the necklace that naruto destroyed while fighting pain, he said he was talking about a magatama? idk hopefully you can shine some light on what he meant or may have meant...

and if you reading this too nagato2, please explain to me what you meant.

its on the fourth page of this thread, nagato2 posted two pics one with naruto and the sage of six paths wearing a necklace with magatama's on it. i dont think its the fifth tool, but then again we wont know till kishi decides to enlighten us to this mystery. either way idk what the magatamas would do to help the sage of six paths. lets hear what everyone thinks on the effects or powers of this necklace... i will be quoting what im talking about when i qoute nagato2 directly below this post.

the yasakani no magmata is a japenese regalia, it has some connection to sosp,even the deva path wore something similar to it.and i think that if naruto will get treasure(which he may not)it will have something to do with that,you see how SO6P's glows and naruto's doesnt ijust think it may have something to do the treasure.but if not i think it has something to do with itachis gift,cause the yata mirror and the kusanagi sake cutter(totsuka)are both regalia,were both in itachis posession,which causes me to think that he probably gave it to naruto

oh, okay lol now i understand it alot more than i did about a min ago. i hope whatever itachi gave to naruto can be used against madara, especially if it has something to do with the magatama's. hopefully naruto isnt forced to play this great game changer against sasuke, if he does it will be a waste... 1.kills his best friend, 2. madara is notified about this new power naruto can control or the once in a life time power by zetsu, which then he can make a plan to counter or avoid this power. 3. (if it is a one use power, he wont be able to use it on madara.... making it a waste)

im still wondering one thing though, what do these magatama's do? is it something that grants the wearer the ability to use all jutsu's? or elements?(without the banana fan ?)

that is the problem my friend we dont know,you know i dont even think that the kusnagi is whole at this point,sasuke has a sword of kusanagi ,oro has one,even itachi has one,as for the yata mirror we know what it can do,but nobody is sure about the other weapons,i think the sage of the six paths had all of those weapons.
