Normaly the only way to break one of these marks is to either kill the person who placed it, distroy the vile of DNA the person took from you, or make the person who did it undo it. But from the looks of it this is a weak level mark. I can break it will a little bit of this.. *Puts down backpack and pulls out a pill* Take this and the mark should start to vanish.

That pill I just gave you is called the Ichizami med-pill. Its spisificaly disigned to break any type of jutsu on a person. Such as genjutsu or curse marks like this one. They are rare pills and they stoped making them. I hold one of the last five bottles left.
