Have never read any of Thor. And this Deadpool is somewhat familiar from comics but the movie will propably ruin the whole thing. They can't cover Ryan's face that long so they will make him an unmasked one for sure.​

It would need a great director and a great script to make a decent Deadpool movie, as well as a great actor.
Wade (Deadpool) is twisted as f*ck and funny as whole hell, his dialogues are just way too bi-polar and weird.
It needs someone that really has caught the essence of the character to make a good movie and script.
It probably will deal more with the Origins of Deadpool, that way Ryan can be un-masked because even the character says many times in the comics that he won't take his mask off (off course he does in some arcs but it's rare).
I've been buying the Deadpool classics and i'll buy the entire "Cable & Deadpool" collection, it has been a great read and Deadpool has fastly became one of my favorite characters.
Expect a crap movie but there's still some hope left, "Iron Man" for example turned out to be 2 fantastic movies, the first 2 movies of "Spider-Man" are pretty awesome as well, i mean not all the Marvel adaptations have been crap.​

Deadpool is completely insane and his story and origins are awesome. He's heavily tied-up with Wolverine.​

Thor pretty much sucked since Walt Simonson times but Michael Straczynski did wonders for the Character and Thor is once again one of the best comics in Marvel today.
I'm eager to start reading "Astonishing Thor", speaking of match-ups, it sucked when he got beat by Superman.​

I like Superman actually but depends on the writter. Jurgens stuff which did some of the best Thor as well it's pretty good, John Byrne, Mark Millar,etc.
With Superman it depends on the writter, same with Thor. They could end up great or lame due to their characteristics.​

What makes me sad is that there's so many good stories, with good plots but bad endings, like the Green Lantern's darkest night. Didn't like a bit.

"Blackest Night", haven't read yet but that's supposed to be great. I have to read the Red Lanterns Arc, i bought in HC and it's sitting here to be read.
Green Lantern it's one of my favs. from DC with Batman being my fav. obviously.
What annoys me with DC abit it's all the alternative dimensions and timelines, by 2011 and after all the "Crisis" giant arcs, stuff is just too messy.
You should give Justice Society of America a read, my favorite on-going from DC at the moment. Panini Comics releases them on Brasil.​
