Okay, maybe is this the 1 000 000th tread about this, but I really wanna discuss the possibilities of this world. Could be done a machine which can creak rasengan??? could be opened dimenzion to other world to summon something??? World is really unexplored place and anything could happen.

Well, according to the multiverse theory, that is all possible. Though if you believe in a more conservative view, (I do not) God created everything. Therefore, he could create all of those things.

Anything can be done, but not everything should be. :| For now, humans are waaay too stupid to explore everything, or summon something etc.
We have to understand the risks first, 'cause now I'm pretty sure that big achievements might result as a war, or mass extinction.
