wtf!? no dude madara needs the sharingan to do teleportation and minato needs the kunais and goku doesnt use shit but his index and middle finger on his forehead thats it

Im just saying that Madara and Minato teleports almost effortlessly just like Goku does.I know Madara uses his Sharingan to teleport buddy.
Naruto and Raikage have to use actual physical speed to get anywhere fast just like The Flash and Superman.
-These are just comparisons I know they don't do the exact same thing but in a similar manner.
BTW!!!Time to prove you wrong on something Minato doesnt need his Kunai to use his teleportation technique he needs to have his reverse summoning seal on the target to teleport near it.If you look at Minato's Kunai he has his Summoning seal wrapped around it so that when he throws it he misses on purpose to let the kunai go behind his opponent and then summons himself to his kunai and kills his target.
Just like when he fought Madara he branded Madara with his Reversed Summoning Seal so he can teleport to Madara anytime he wants.Which is what he did after securing infant Naruto to a safe place.

Ok, Minato is actually the fastest on every single aspect, both space time jutsu and pure speed.
About the space time jutsu... well let's compare it to madara's, yes it is more limited, due to the fact that you can only teleport to the targeted place (where he has his seal on) while madara can go wherever he wants to. However Minato's jutsu is faster, he teleports there instantly, with no hand seals, no nothing, just puf and he's gone... while madara takes some time in order to teleport. And also, i don't remember which of them actually said that Minato won the speed battle between the 2 of them.
And for pure speed, Madara is out, clearly... we haven't seen him move that fast, just pure speed that is. As for Naruto and Minato... well Minato is faster (at least now, but i am sure Naruto will surpass him) it was stated by Bee or Yamato that he is not yet on the fourth's level... And remember how he was able to save naruto from madara's arms using only his speed.
And also remember, there were many shinobys that were compared to the fourth in terms of speed, but none of them were at his level, they might have been able to keep up to him at most, but there is no way anyone could surpass him... except Naruto, remember the whole new generation surpasses the previous.
Oh and remember that naruto is that fast because of his new form... Just imagine how fast he will be if he could combine his new SO6P mode with sage mode xd
And one more thing, Minato didn't have any special powerups, no tailed beast, no sharingan, and for as far as we know, no bloodline limit. So yea, he is the fastest lol xd

minato is the fastest because of his time jutsu and transportion jutsu.....madara isnt fast he just uses the time jutsu....and naruto has a long ways to go to master anything

I will say minato. despite his use of ftg, he had to be fast enuf to turn around and hit madara with rasengan or even place a chain on him. I dont see naruto doing that without sage mode or kyuubi mode anytime sooon.

If it is on a short range it doesn't have to be the case. look at Madara, it takes time before he disappears from one place and for him to come out of his dimension. And for Minato, it still takes some time to throw the kunai.
But if Minato already has the destination targeted then yea, his space/time jutsu beats pure speed.
