You could use it to rise yourself away from a trap like swamp of the underworld? Force the enemy to chase you to up on top of it, letting you disappear underground or create clones or get a suprise attack ready. or block a wave of water with it, or use it to create a waterfall (in the combo move) that lets you change the landscape in your favor if you need a water source for some of your jutsu.

well about the swamp of the underworld thing...well its ok but I recomend you the first doton jutsu you learned

Yeah wasen't sure if it works with the swamp.

I start running towards the cliff face and performing the hand seals then (putting chakra in my feet to stick to the cliff face) begin running up the face of the cliff and use my chakra to dislodge rocks above me so they fall by my side and rain down towards the base of the rampart.

I jump on top of the cave then start molding large amounts of doton chakra in my body before sending it out into the rocks that make up the cave roof and walls i then imagine shaking the stones out of place using my chakra to cause them to come apart and go inwards raining onto the clone inside.

standing on top of the cave i mold a large amount of doton chakra in my body before sending it into the spaces between the rocks in the cave walls and ceiling then concentrate on moving the rocks out of place in an attempt to cause a cave in with the chakra.

And then use your chakar to make the dragon fire mud at my clone. if you know some fire jutsus then you can use 1 too to create a lava at my clone.

nah dont use small fire..

You did good with the mud river, but the dragon head falls apart...try again now with more chakra.

I take a deep breath and start gathering doton chakra for a minute when i feel i have a large enough pool of chakra i send it into the ground concentrating it around your clone in several even distrabutions in the form of pillers i then focus on the areas with chakra and make them rise up out of the ground around the clone to create a cage of stone pillars close to him so he can't get between or around them, traping him where he stands.

O_O Not good enough. You must add chakra into all the pillars and then add more to maintain the prison.
