Uhh, no.
I'm pretty sure it was just a metaphor for whether Sasuke was going to join Madara or oppose him.
Besides, Sasuke already has summoning Jutsus that he learned from Orochimaru which are snakes.

i think sasuke has used his sharingan to controle him to get away fast.. if manda would die by the blow so would sasuke, and since sasuke got away with manda, im pretty sure manda is alive..

yea its just a metaphor.. but it will be kind of cool if tobi/madara and sasuke can summon giant hawks. the hawk could fire sharp feathers at the opponent or use wind jutsu
