I think Hidan would kill Kakuzo by making the symbal on the ground after drinking the blood and the stab himself 5 times quickly.

Wrong.

"Despite being "immortal", he is still capable of dying from a lack of nutrients"

"However, his head still needed to be connected to his body in order to control it"
So if Kakuzu removes Hidan's head , he wouldn't stand a chance.

all Kazuku has to do is use a fire wind combo on hidan. Then he would burn to death. hIs body parts wouldnt be intact cuz they were BURNED

What an obvious question Kakuzu will win for sure and this is why:
1)Kakuzu has a lot more battle experience than Hidan since his older.
2)Kakuzu can use his doton to harden his skin and so hidan won't be able to wound him or to take any of his blood.
3) kakuzu can fight at close,mid,and long ranges but hidan can't, he is a close range fighter.
4) Kakuzu has a variety of jutsu unlike hidan.
5) Its true that hidan is immortal but that doesn't mean that he can't be wounded, so maybe kakuzu will rip out his heart and use it for himself as a true immortal and unstopping heart and that would be awesome.

Kakuzu is the winner here, Hidan stands no chance. Kakuzu knows each element, has great Taijutsu skill, and very smart also.
