current, Raikage is the coolest, even though Gaara's awesome. if not current, fourth Hokage has them all beat, hand's down, no questions asked! even if we're talking about futrure hokages, Naruto, even though he's surpassed him and has the nine-tails, can never measure up to what his father did for the leaf. that, and he could never measure up to his pure awesomeness!
