As I only need 3 hand seals and it would be very fast even for your sharingan to predict them I would still use the Katon before u use your Raiton so you are dead due to my Katon hitting you...

P.S any Raiton jutsu that requires Raiton chakra to be send at the sky/clouds is slow so my jutsu will kill you...

As the Lighting is rushing down from the sky, I quickly makes my right arm go into abit of a Horizontal stamce but still aiming abit down at the ground, as I do so I send a good pressure of wind out, sending me to Long range means that your jutsus failed in reaching or hitting me.

I actually didn't want to take action against Sherman's and Papaya's moves, but I will do so now in order to defend against this one.

High in the sky, I notice almost immediately the build-up of Raiton Chakra within Sherman and Rerrando. This is further confirmed as the sky begins to darken as chakra stirs up the clouds. I close my eyes in concentration and I speed through multiple handseals, manipulating the wind in front of me as I do so. The wind in front of me begins to form into a dragon-shape.

(Fuuton: Koujin Doragon) Wind Release: Dust Dragon
Type: Attack

Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: The user creates a dragon from highly compressed cutting wind chakra, and mixes it with a little earth, to give it a firm head, and a body filled with dust, the dragon is controlled by the user, as any other elemental dragons. Its firm head gives it protection against fire jutsu up to rank A.
Note:Lasts for 3 rounds.
Note: Only 2 times per battle.
Note:Can only be taught by Namikaze Naruto

Controlling this dragon mentally, I send it to defend both PoD and Gobi as it roars its way across the sky (being as I know where they send their chakra). This effectively blocks against both Lightning Fangs, lightning is weak to wind.
Then, noticing Nikkou's build-up of Fire Chakra, I send the Dragon down in between the perimeter of Nikkou and Gobi, absorbing the Fire Move.
Then the Dragon makes its way into the sky again, in defensive mode.
As this is happen, my robin is flying down, out of range and in considerable distance away from Gobi.

Furthermore, Papaya, your attacks are invalid since you did it in Long Range while it says in the Jutsu description that it's clearly short to mid-range.

And, Sherman, Rerrando's move was aimed at PoD, not Gobi.

Stunned by the dragon's appearance and absorption of my fire jutsu, I see Gobi landing safe ready to fire his second jutsu. And as he did so, I called out earth spike stones to appear around him with great force, stabbing him to bleed.
