ok, taijustu is maining training right?
repeats the kicking exercise, but this time adding more power into the kick, while still maintaining balence
once finishing the spin and returning to original postion, i repeat the exercise again, but this time using my left foot.
ok, time for a break xd

Ok. So now this is what I want you to learn from these exercises. Strength and balance is your most valuable asset. What does that mean? It means that if you take those from your opponent, you will control him/her. In these early states of Taijutsu, what I want you to do is keep and protect your balance, while trying to put your opponent off balance.

How can you do that?

In terms of taijutsu, you can get a person off balence or keep your self balenced by
1. Kicking their legs ti make them unbalanced
2. Stay in a solid position as much as possible
3. Keeping your centre of gravity low.

Very well!!

You can also forcefully unbalance your opponent, pushing him or making him trip. You can either go for the blunt way, charge at your opponent and clearly trip him, push him or apply a technique that does the same, OR you can be more subtle, trick him into a tricky position and then push him, like punch him left, and has he dodges to the right, push him to the right.

ok
combo 1. punch at their stomach and then when they recoil, puch up at their face, followed by a punch in their right temple
combo 2. fake a right kick at their knees, then use my left leg to jump up, followed by a kick in the head.
combo 3. ounch them hand in the ... spot where it hurts.... then grab their head and use your knee to smash their head.
how much combos am i suppose to do?
