I've seen alot of people come up with their own versions but I like this one the most. Yet, I agree that Sasuke's MS design won't change. It's too unique.
Its gonna change. Madara's change to resemble both he and his brother's eye pattens. It would be stupid to wait all this time to see the same eye pattern especially if it's a fusion of both their eyes.
My favorite is the one @ Frederick Uchiha posted that looks nice because its so simple.

There are some pretty good designs their. I do like a few of them. Only Kisi knows though god damit!

If I had to pick from dees it would be B or D
I think he would keep his mostly black design....but either way I'm ready to see it and I hope he walks around with it activated like itachi did with his sharingan (being dat sasuke can't go blind with da ems)
