since when does itachi have the kusanagi?? when he battles sasuke only uses susanoo with the only purpose to seal orochimaru's chakra out from sasuke.

do you think sasukes susanoo will have a fused version of susanoo,cause im guessing oro wanted totsuka to fuse it with his own kusanagi

Orochimaru's body and the Blade of Kusanagi was sealed by Itachi's Totsuka. So, nope.

And to the person who asked if Sasuke's Susano'o has the Spirit Items... We don't know if Itachi transferred the spirit items, my guess would be no as we haven't seen the Spirit Items even after Sasuke's mass Susano'o spam and his version of Susano'o was broken by many people (danzo, raikage, mizukage). I'm also desperately hoping he didn't transfer it.

Ok so no, Sasuke will not have the legendary items which Itachi had... that would make him invincible... like how can you survive against something that can kill/seal you even if it touches you... and a shield capable of deflecting all attacks...
And Oro couldn't find the Sword of Totsuka because it is a spirit item, it doesn't actually have a physical form.
