First: That is the best and main reason. Indeed, imagine if you had four clones in front of you all release different jutsus at you at the exact moment. Dangerous, no?
Second: A very good point that very few people actually think about. Only the Sharingan is able to tell such differences, or normally, people just godmode this in battle.
Third: Another great point with the combos.

You missed two reasons which on one I didn't expect you to know since you haven't learned Genjutsu. A clone could disrupt your chakra flow by touching you, thus releasing you from Genjutsu.
Another reason would be sacrificing a clone for information.

Yes sensei copy that.. a genjutsu is a nuisance jutsu and a clone could save me concious and the sacrificing things... it's when naruto learn wind element based w/ kakashi when he do massive clone jutsu or an anbu to being a spies in another village to gather info...

- i begin to focusing again my chakra then i focusing upon image of my self... remerbering all the single part of my body so that i can precisely image my self into a clone...then i perform a tiger hand seal-

- after i give my clone the explosive nature... i order him to attack Tenzo's sensei clone... (i do this with telepati coz i've get a connection w/ my clone) the he yell- Wakatatebayo xd understood
- he turn around an facing your clone and looking at your clone with tense look... the air start to breeze and the atmospherec sorrounds me become little bit cooler.. it's like a coboy duel-
- then my clones start to run towards your clone and when it's reached your clone... my clone makes a jump move try to grab your clone then in a second and explosive occured because my clone impact your clone-

Do you know in ancient wars that people use to throw diseased bodies over to the enemy's side so that they could be afflicted with the same disease, thus weakening them?
So, let's say, you had a clone jump over to the other side and have it explode. Wouldn't that work too? Set them up as traps?
Also, when you use this move in battle, try and state the range and time at which it explodes. It helps a lot to use details in a battle since they usually end up causing you to win...or perhaps, to lose. *shrug*

yeah sensei people keep arguing in the spar nor the battle.. like when i spar w/ Papaya... athis arguing is really nuisances and it's end up w/ draw, this happen because the system of the RP hasn't cover all factor about battle... the Admin should improve the Rp's system.

any how i remember about that war when weapons isn't exist yet..and i'll keep the method in my mind when i 'm in the middle of a hard battle i'm gonna use this strategy

-i begin hold my right hand wrist with my left hand then begin focusing chakra my wind chakra and channel it to my right hand and feeding it more chakra i try to maintain the form of my wind chakra by concetrating the shape manipulation of my chakra and begin to mantain steady control of the chakra in my right hand and manipulate the nature element... slowly but sure i mold the the both nature and begin to turn the chakra into the spiral shape...then i imagine it turning like a some kind a hurricane... then i see a spiral shape form above my right hand and twisting like a spiral ball and spinning in medium speed-
-after the spiral ball appear in my right hand i start to concentrate to make it steady and balance i keep imagining it like a hurricane and it's absorbing so many wind nature from all around the environmental and make my hair once again crumble randomly and keep trying to focusing my fuuton chakra and make the the center is the most focused point...i generate more fuuton chakra to make the spinning more speed like a hurricane and i gain more concentarate to possess full control of the spiral ball and control the spinning at the same time...- i think i got a full control of it sensei...

-after i get a full control of the rasengan... i add and feeding more chakra into it to make the rasengan even bigger like twice size of a basket ball.... and the strange is it's start absorbing the wind nature sorrounding me like eating it to make bigger.... when i'm sure it's big and strong enough coz my hair and cloth are clpping so hadr which mean the power have gotten stronger... so i look at the tree nearby i start to run towards the tree and when i reached it i yell "OODAMA RASENGAN"... and slam the tree with it... sfx : ddddrrrrrroooooouuuuuuggggghhhhh blast of a wind destroying the tree into pieces... and i jumps back with a hard breath-

Good lord. Did you just add TWO elements into a Rasengan? I don't think that's necessary...but, that is extremely destructive.
I will ask you to do only either of those elements only and then proceed to hit the jutsu upon any big tree trunk nearby so we can examine the results.

- Then i start looking to the tree in tense look... my right hands could control the two element but the effect to my hand like some sort of burning so without wasting time i run towards the tree and then when i about to reach i direct my right hand into the big tree trunk... sfx : kabooooooooooooooommmm... a huge explosion causing the point of impact in the tree explode and the pieces drop form the sky in a fire mean while the bottom side of the tree got burn huge burn with a spiral air within still remains and for my self i was push back about 10 meters away randomly falls because i can't control the impact and when i see my right hand it's burn with a severe burn...-
- while still on the ground i blew my right hands cause it's so hurt-

Oh god, it seems so simple, yet you put so much effort into it, it's amazing.
And yes, considering the amount of chakra you put into it, it would be definitely be very explosive and I would expect a rather huge impact with such a jutsu.
Now, this jutsu tends to fall into the category with Chidori.
One such reason is because jutsus like these need to have direct contact with the enemy. And do you know why that is dangerous?
