First of all, all of what you mentioned is just to nice. That's probably convenient for NB, i'll give you that.

However, good flaming is more about a mix of intelligent, random, knowledgeable (in memes and such), yet very ruthless attacks.
Cursing has it place, actually it should be there. You have to aim at hurting the other user's feeling, you have to degrade him. You have to rape his mind apart.

The thing with setting up a tag-team flaming before hand is so damn stupid, makes no sense at all.
A good flamer doesn't need a side-kick, plus that's just taking merit of said flamer and it's just plain stupid. Looks more like a bunch of beta fags that can't handle themselfs alone, so they have to reunite to make fail attempts at flaming someone.​

I have a 9 year old cousin who can say "**** You",that doesn`t mean he can "roll with the hoes" and be considered a flamer.
