I want you to swing your hand and release your wind chakra (the direction won't matter yet).

If you do it right, we should see a powerful burst of wind.

This just is similar to the Wind Cutter, but it allows counterattack as well.

The jutsu needs to have more force behind it - you're splitting a wind attack, and then overpowering it to form a vortex from it's leftover momentum.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. Basically, I was saying, since this is used to dispel a jutsu and counterattack, it needed more force in it, and thus more chakra, but you seem to have gotten the concept.

It's good that you can split it, but you need to be able to redirect it (in other words, that part of your move lacked description - your last "*" was to vague specify, next time, please ^_^), so we'll have another go.
