then im suppose to sign the contract

the handseals are right but you need the blood to perform it...
The summoning technique is simply a space-time jutsu, it's also used when needed desperately... and as shown, it requires considerable amount of chakra to perform...

now... before I summon my ostrich and give you a contract, I want to know who or what your destined summon is, so do the summoning jutsu
