yes lighning is a natual transformation that can kill or paralyse a target lightning makes the user generate high frequency of chakra. Lightning can also be used in many ways like as a blade or as a shield. Lightning is good against earth but is poorly against water 3 users of lightning is Sasuke,Kakashi,and Killer Bee.
umm all correct but that its actually pretty strong with water if both are used for combos the one that lightning is actually weak against is wind element
