taijutsu is a type a fighting that doesn't require handseals. it is pretty much hand to hand fighting.It doesnt usally need handseals OR chakra. Some KGs like gentle fist and EIG, are based on taijutsu.

That sums it up, I believe. Yes Taijutsu consist on Physical Abilities, using your Stamina and not your Chakra, to fight your enemies.

1. Feet and Legs
2. Upper Torso
3. Arms and Hands.

2.arms to the side of my body slightly bent backwards
3.hands in a tight fist shape to the side of my hips
i holed this stance and strongly grip to the ground
