yup your totally right about that, everybody has too have noticed that, kabuto is really referring tobi as someone else and not madara uchiha it's the big plot twist in the whole series in a long time. guess we'll know when kishi thinks it's about time to let us see who really is behind the mask.
Sasuke may join the Leaf's side in order to kill Itachi again... and maybe even take revenge on Kabuto for taking Orochimaru's position and jutsu. Sasuke is an unpredictable character... ya' never know what he's gonna do...how can kakashi snap out zabuza's group? now that kabuto amplify the jutsu... i think only genjutsu now can stop this thing... they need the help of sasukebut how? he is their enemy too... ah maybe naruto will help them,,, but how? even this tailed beast bomb cannot stop it coz they are immortals...
I don't think Kabuto knows about the whole Madara/Tobi thing yet... I know all of the Akatsuki knows (knew) but did he ever tell Kabuto? Thus, Kabuto's referring to Madara in third person...
What are you talking about, those Zetsu weren't defeated. Yes the combo attack from the alliance was impressive but it was made quite clear that all of the zetsu that were spewed from the volcano like earth-style survived the barrage.
