Good! You've now awakened your water chakra, meaning we can move onto your first jutsu.
(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidden Mist Jutsu
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user creates a thick, dense mist that covers the surrounding area.
This jutsu doesn't require handseals, so I'll explain how it works:
Using your Suiton chakra, you'll infuse water, in this case from the river, and lift it up into the air to create a mist.
This jutsu is relatively simple to do, so you should be able to get it in a few tries.
But, first, start by taking your Suiton chakra, and infusing it with the water in the river.
Thank you sempai… finally I can learn water… this is what I waited for…XD
*first I take a deep breath and exhale it*
* then I focusing my suiton chakra and fuse it to the water in the river*
* then I lift up some of the water and created a mist*
This jutsu is kirigakure basic jutsu right senpai…?

You jumped the gun. If you're going to train with me, know you'll have to be patient. I have you do everything step by step - jumping ahead will get you nowhere.
And, yes, it is a basic justu for Kirigakure.
^_^ Now, please, just focus some chakra into the river.
Sorry if that came across rudely- that wasn't my intention. But, when people get to hasty, I feel like I'm training a "Carbon-Copy" - that's to say, a person who knows jutsu, but not how they work. Which can be very important.
Very good. ^_^
Now, you need to manipulate that chakra upward as it attaches itself to the water, and spread it out in the air around us. It should form a very thin mist.
No.. that ok sempai no need to sorry…that's not rude at all for me.. and this is your responsibillity of teaching method, so that I as your student understand every single jutsu you've taught me to… and I'm so glad having a sempai w/ teaching method like this method of yours… I enjoyed it… XD and I'll kept that concept in my mind
yos sempai …
*after I fuse my Suiton chakra into the river and my suiton chakra attached with the water *
* then I try to manipulate my suiton chakra upward*
* after the water lift up… then I tray to spread it out in the air around us to form a very thin mist*

wow sempai... i kind a understanding it right now... XD

Good. ^_^ You can now use the jutsu. The thickness of the jutsu is directly proportional to how much chakra you use (for RP purposes, it cost no more or less chakra to use this jutsu depending on how thick you want the mist), so remember that. Also, note that people with Sharingan are blinded by the mist, as the Sharingan sees chakra. If they're surrounded by a chakra mist, they can't see you.
The next jutsu is:
(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
A useful technique, should you find yourself in need of a sword without actually having one.
This is easy, though it requires a bit of shape manipulation.
First, begin by focusing some more chakra into the water in front of you.

Alright, good. Now, bring the area that you focused your chakra into up in a small column - it should be shaped like a cylinder, but don't separate it from the river quite yet.
Now, what you need to do is let the sections of water in the cylinder that are not part of the sword fall away, leaving just the sword behind. Think of it almost like carving a statue - you're getting rid of the unneeded parts.
Yos sempai…
*after I create a suiton chakra shaped of like a small cylinder… then I concentrate the cylinde to a shaped of a sword in the cylinder*
*one by one and step by step i slowly shaped the cylinder to a sword like a carver creating a statue*
* I begin to discard the unneeded part of the cylinder and shaped it like a sword.. with patient and eager*

*upppsssss.... it's still weak senpai... i focusing again my chakra to adding more water chakra in the sword... so that it become solid*

OK Sempai..
*I start focusing my suiton chakra and fused it into the water infornt of me...then after my suiton chakra fused become one with the water I lift it up in a small coloumn then it beginning to shaped like a small cylinder*

i think i've got the essence of this jutsu... that i can create a sword from water and make it solid because i shaped and fused it on my own w/ my water chakra...

Right. It's stable and solid because of the chakra and, like I said, useful if you find yourself in need of a sword without actually having one.
And, that completes the D-rank jutsu. ^_^
So, for your first C-Rank, you'll be learning:
(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Syrup Capture Field
Rank: C
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user projects a stream of sticky, syrupy liquid which can be spit onto a surface to form an adhesive trap or onto a person to inhibit their mobility.
Suiton: Mizuame Nababara is a Supplementary jutsu that, despite common belief, can be quiet useful. By using this jutsu, you release an amount of syrup in proportion to the amount of time you "charge" the jutsu.
As a supplementary jutsu, it does no damage, but it is good for coating the ground or walls in a sticky substance, making it great for trapping, and also a great jutsu to use in conjunction with other water jutsu.
A cool fact about this jutsu is: If the opponents hands get covered in this, it would be harder for them to use jutsu that require handseals! Though I've never seen anyone do this, it makes perfect sense. If their fingers are sticking together, they're gonna have a heck of a time.
First, the handseals for this jutsu: Ram and Tiger.
