Orochimaru really sealed?

Hiya everyone, I don't know if anyone's ever noticed before, in chapter 393 Orochimaru has just been sealed by Itachi, but on the first page there's a panel showing a small snake slithering away with Orochimaru's eye markings, and again on page 15 after Itachi collapses we see the same snake fleeing the scene, once more only one panel. Did Orochimaru escape being sealed after all? Will we see him make an unlikely reappearance near the climax of the war? Kishimoto certainly made it seem insignificant, I've read those chapters loads of times (awesome fight!) and two small panels never seemed important compared to the rest of the drama. Oh, fail on my part, I should've read the aftermath more than once... damn, I was really excited by that snake, oh well, his evil purpose lives on in Kabuto at any rate.

thats right kabuto is basically the new snake that slithered away. after putting orochimaru's body into him he became orochimaru i wouldnt be surprised if that snake at the end of his tail is orochimaru. cuz in one chapter he was talking to it . as if it were telling him information. and on top of thaat when he captured yamato(tenzou) he was basically a snake like orochimaru was when he tried to take sasuke's body

Well in actuality you can see TWO snakes escape on the first page of 393 and only one is getting burned later on.

I pointed this out months ago.

And YES, personally I am sure that we will see Orochimaru again...I don't know how it is gonna happen but I think it will

Even IF Oro IS somehow resurrected using Kabuto's new cells, he wont be able to use any jutsus as his ability to use jutsus was sealed into the shinigami by the third...

so summoning him might be utterly useless unless someone summons his soul only to extract info on various jutsus and kinjutsus...

Hasn't anyone wondered if somehow orochimaru's cells would eventually end-up defeating Kabuto's personality and taking over his soul?
Once we've seen already how Orochimaru's spirit survived within Sasuke, why wouldn't it be possible for Oro to come back?

Yes, old Oro is sealed away, but dudes. Orochimaru would still have recent, updated memories through Kabuto's own.

think about it, it would be possible to bring him back if Kishi wished so. His status is not definite.

Uh, I think I see three snakes now O_0 I never noticed the snakes in the top left panel of the first page, but in that panel there's one snake at the bottom right hitting the floor, the second is just above and to the right of Sasuke and is distinctly seperate from what's being sealed, whilst the third is above and to the left of the second snake, but we can't see if it's body is still attached to what's getting sealed.

Orochimaru is gone for good, and for good reason. He was the main villain pre-time-skip, and now Madara is the main villain post-time-skip. Adding Orochimaru would throw the whole story off track, which is currently about history repeating itself and defeating these cycles to bring peace.

Even if he comes back, he has to become Kabuto's underling. So, Oro you better remain there inside the Totsuka.
