xd It's fine. Simple movement, simple explanation.*I clasp my hands together as I blankly stare, feeling somewhat embarrassed about not being able to describe this in a detailed manner.*
No. This technique is more...instantaneous creation.*I steady my chakra flow and focus my Suiton chakra into the air around us.*
(Will the creation of this water be similar to the creation of water inside of the stomach for techniques like the NB version of Water Fang Bullet?)
*The wave starts to move and gather momentum, but collapses upon itself.**I focus a massive amount of chakra over the land in the opposite direction of the river. I then make the mass of chakra move in that direction as I attempt to turn turn it into water*
Alright...keep going...Focus more chakra into it - you want the wave to get as big and move as fast as possible.*After steadying my breathing, I steady my chakra flow again. I then focus my chakra into the air and start to make it move forward again. As I turn the chakra mass into water, I tighten my clasped hands and focus on the weight of the wave's crest, trying to keep it just heavy enough to make the wave continue to move forward, but keeping it light enough so that it doesn't overcome the trough.*
*The wave forms and sweeps across the terrain.** I focus more chakra into the area just under the middle of the wave, pushing it forward with more speed and then turn that chakra into water, distributing it among the wave.*
Good. ^_^*I focus a large amount of Suiton chakra into the air, and then another chakra mass of considerable size behind it. I then turn the Suiton chakra into water and I begin to move it forward as the chakra mass behind the water pushes the water forward, making a large wave, that chakra then turns into water.*
Alright, now here's where it gets tricky. You have to release the Suiton chakra, and let it fall as rain, but you need to keep a lock on the chakra - if you do it right, as the chakra hits the ground below, the signals it sends will give you a complete map of the ground.*I project Suiton chakra into the sky above me and spread it around while still keeping it in a compressed, odd shape.*
*I notice that the water is falling more in clumps than actual rain.** I try to form small parts of the cloud into water droplets and make them dense and they fall from the mass. As they fall, I try to stay very conscious of my chakra in the droplets.*
*Forms a Shadow Clone, and sends him into the forest a little ways off.**I focus more chakra into the the pre-existing cloud, spreading it over a wider range. I then separate small particles and monitor the time that each one falls, making sure that too many don't fall close enough to each other and cover much of the surrounding area. I try to be very conscious of where each bit of chakra is landing while constantly keeping the chakra cloud fueled.*
