Well, yes. Just starting out you are a plain old ninja. Nothing special. A beginner, a Genin (when you reach 50 posts)

Think of it like the "birth" of your character. You come into the ninja world with next to nothing, but then you find a Sensei, learn jutsu, and become awesome. It's a journey, and when you get to a high rank you'll hopefully feel like you've earned it and know what you're doing.

Sorry you can't have all the things you'd like when starting out, but thats just how it is here, and I hope you can still find enjoyment in the RP until you can become as powerful as you'd like.
