orochimaru can't be revived by edo tense because he was sealed in the sword which itachi used in his fight against sasuke read the manga correctly lol .........

looks like do tensei really is full proof. this is because you cant really get to the summoned's soul 9f his mind is completely bound.

kabuto has itachi eith susanoo, nagot with rinnegan, wow! I guess madara with one rinnegan is more dangerous than both since kabuto has summoned those two and still wont take him on, what r u relly upto kabuto?

I cant wait to see gaara's new and improved desert coffin , sand burial etc,

And that just shows that Edo Tensei must have a weakness or else why would Kabuto say he is not ready to fight the Rinnegan he can control Nagato who has the Rinnegan plus Itachi. I still do believe that the Edo Tensei technique does give the summon the original powers but not to the full extent.

I think he was going to turn on Madara... He doesn't want to reveal the secret because, either, he is planning on turning on Madara, or he fears that Madara will turn on him. However, I recall Kabuto saying something like, "Now is not the time..." or something to the affect of him eventually turning on Madara....

I totally didn't think dna had anything to do with Edo Tensei. Looks like I was wrong.
Anyway, Kabuto avoided the topic of how to stop edo tensei and that annoyed me. THe only things we have so far are the souls "finding their peace" (in the case of Shin and Sasori) and Shiki Fuuin. Damn.

In the anime it showed the 3rd stopping this technique, if what was stated about souls being in the death God's stomach can't be used for Edo Tensei then why did the anime show the 3rd stopping the cofin...That makes no sense.

Nobody knows who was in the third coffin (which is good for the enthusiasts and fans so we can have something to talk about) Maybe it was implied that it was the fourth -- or it could also be the 3rd's guess (he didn't know the souls who used edo tensei cannot be revived). Or maybe it was some other character who had great influence over Konoha, like maybe the village leader of the Uzumaki clan

tell me if i'm wrong but in the 515 manga @ page 17 when kabuto summons the former jinchuuriki's the third one on the left, isn't that kushina ? can't really see what the headband say's but she does look like her.

No that is not Kushina. The woman you are talking about had the Two Tailed Cat sealed in her.(The Blue ghost like Cat with two tails???)

I agree with someones earlier post madara wudnt be scared of the fourth, cuz when naruto was fightin pain, his father the 4th told him that he shouldnt be concerned with alll the akatsuki, jus mainly the masked one(madara) he said he read through all of my tecniques....etc madara is way stronger now so there is no need for him to be afraid! So if the fourth really couldnt defeat him then there is no way he wud be able to now.

Ya its true with the Sharingan and Rinnegan Madara will way stronger. But just think Minato was so stronger at that age inventing new techniques. I think if Minato had like 20 years more to live he would have given Madara a run for his money now who is at least more than 100 years old

I agree that it would be Madara's brother, i first thought it was that guy from the hidden rain village their previous leader, b4 nagato became the leader of the hidden rain village.
and finally a clash between the zetsu's and gaara's unit. can't wait till it's next week...

That would be hanzo and he was already summoned by Kabuto.

I agree. That's what i've been keep saying about Edo tensei. During the Sand+Sound v/s Leaf, the battle b/w Oro+First+Second v/s Third, if Summoned shinobi could use their power to full extent, then they could have taken down the third easily. But that's not the case.


Edit: Now that it is mentioned that the Fourth couldn't be summoned, i was wondering who would be in the Third coffin during Oro v/s Third Hokage battle.(In the past, it is predicted that Fourth would be in that coffin. SInce Oro summoned the Hokages during that battle, its very likely that the FOurth would be there. But now i think Kishi is changing the subject, i need an explanation).

Yeah i agree, there are alot of unknown mysteries within the series, thats kinda a gud thing though that means it will last longer, but yeah i wish they explained stuff like wat your talking about earlier, cuz now about half the manga so far have been talkin and somewhat explaining those mysteries now and some of it is a little action: For example the ambush squad battle, i do think kishi is rushing through things though because that battle was a little shorter than i expected hope the others arent like that

also i wud really like to see sasukes eyes, and i wud like to kno the secret of zetsu

so it says on the last page that the war begins foreal..meaning hopefully some epic fights...and some guy predicted 2 weeks ago that the next fight would involve guy, kakshi, rock lee and sakura against zabuza and haku...looks like he was dead on with that one

Great job of explaining Edo Tensei, I think the 6th coffin was Kushina. She's one of the only ones with DNA left (within the past few years) that can still be summoned (because she was not sealed in the death god) that can restrain/control tailed beasts.

From the conversation that Kabuto has, it appears as though he has to improve on his control over the technique ... is it possible that he can loose control of those that are resurrected?

Also, what if that talisman is removed from those that are resurrected, are they able to control themselves freely?

I do find it somewhat unbelievable that people retain all of their original techniques since Itachi's eyes are in Sasuske and Pain's eyes are with Madara. Also, the tailed beasts were completely extracted from the Jinchuuriki's before their deaths, so wouldn't this negate their use of the beasts in Edo Tensei? I guess we'll find out, but i just find that kind of weird, especially since the beasts are now physically held in the King of Hell Statue ... how would they be able to access their powers ... kind of weird.

this technique is still unexplained..there is no textbook knowledge 4 it so its ok if i doesnt make sense...this is a fictional technique in a fictional world.. yes they said it recreates someones body and returns their sole,,, but...they may also 4 example recreate their specials such as rinnegan, sharingan etc

Kushina's not in there. The one you pointed out was Ni'i (or Yugito, whatever!), the 2tails jinchuriki (however it's spelled!).

If I remember Kushina wasn`t sealed in the death god.. Part of her 4th sealed in Naruto.. If I corect.
