Giving me two sentences to work with isn't going to make a paragraph U_U
I charge my body with wind chakra and I move it in front of me. Then using the wind chakra I manipulate it into a giant crescent of wind chakra.

I can give you two sentences and you should be able to create at least one more sentence using the guidelines I give you.
I could say I want you to build up a large amount of fire chakra into your stomach and then use it to expel a fireball.
Then you could say"I begin to focus a large amount of fire chakra into my stomach. I then use the chakra to expel fire. I then make a ring around my mouth using my thumb and index finger. I then concentrate and make the fire form into a spherical shape. I keep my chakra flowing into the fire to keep it burning you clone in front of me. I also keep complete concentration to keep it in shape."
Now really all that hard! So yeah it actually can!U_U

You didn't say where I build it up from or two...... So your example is invalid since you actually state where you build it from an two. Although we were both pretty vague.
Anyway watches handseals and memorises them.

I also wouldn't just automatically know how every jutsu is suppose to be exactly made, since i've been a sempai for what..3.... 4 days! Thats why I go by the jutsu description and the little bit of prior knowledge I have.(Which isn't a lot)

For this jutsu I want you to release chakra into my wind jutsu and then use your own chakra to basically rip apart my jutsu and neutralize it. Focus hard and concentrate.

Using my wind chakra I materialize a large Gust of wind which becomes sharp. Then while constantly checking on it's shape and chakra I aim it down the middle of your wind vortex, effectively cutting your wind jutsu in half and making it useless.
My Wind jutsu is broken apart.

When I see a strong gust appear, I charge my wind chakra and create a sharp gust of chakra in front of me, which I then aim into the middle of your gust, cutting it in half and making it useless

Now in this jutsu I want you to focus a large amount of Wind chakra into your hands. I want you to use the chakra to create a ball of chakra, a bit bigger than Rasengan. I need you to focus on shape manipulation to make the Wind into a perfect sphere. Then throw it at my clone*poof*
Holding my right arm out with my right hand facing towards the sky I send alot of wind chakra to my hand and I make a vortex of wind around me hand. Then using my chakra I compress the vortex into a ball which is just bigger than my hand. I keep adding chakra and maintaining it's shape, I then throw it at your clones chest.
My clone is hit and is taken out

Okay this jutsu is really just like Wind Cutter. I want you to split the wind jutsu I launch at you and then use your chakra to take control of it. Once you have control of it I want you to launch it back on my clone.
Remember to keep focused and take full control of their jutsu, but don't let the jutsu die down. Channel your own chakra into it to keep the jutsu just as powerful and bascially reverse it.

I charge wind chakra to my front and create a sharp gust of wind. Then I aim it to the middle of your jutsu (did you even do one?) which cuts it in half and then using my chakra I take control of your wind jutsu and I keep your jutsu alive and I send it at you.
